AI can make implementation dramatically faster. It does not remove the need for engineering judgment — it makes clear requirements, architecture, delivery boundaries, and quality gates more important.
My experience spans the full software-delivery chain: business analysis, hands-on development, engineering quality, program and financial governance, and product and stakeholder collaboration. That breadth helps me translate business goals into requirements engineers can implement, structure delivery into verifiable stages, establish appropriate quality gates, and communicate technical trade-offs in business terms. In AI-assisted and agentic development environments, I see this end-to-end perspective as increasingly important: faster code generation only creates value when the problem, constraints, validation, and production ownership are equally clear.

Context: A market-data migration expanded into a portfolio with multiple stakeholder groups and delivery dependencies.
Responsibility: Led the delivery-governance response, making owners, decisions, risks, and escalation paths explicit.
Action: Redesigned governance, removed blockers, established a common cadence, and used concise evidence for executive realignment.
Outcome: 17 of 18 RED-status projects moved to GREEN.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, National Aviation University, Kyiv, Ukraine (2004).
- Databricks Academy Accreditation in Generative AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and PMP® are being renewed; PMI-ACP® expired in 2026 and the PMI-CPMAI™ examination is scheduled for September 2026.
